Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing and presenting salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is ready before service hours.
  • Maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients used.
  • Follow portion control and presentation standards for all cold dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and workstation.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of pantry ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support the kitchen team in daily operations as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
