Panel Operator

We are hiring for the position of "Panel Operator" for our trusted & reliable AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block manufacturing plant at Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Panel Operators handling cutting and batching play an important role in ensuring smooth production and quality output. Here are the typical work responsibilities:

Batching Operations

• Operate batching control panels as per defined recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure accurate weighing and proportioning of raw materials (cement, fly ash, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, etc.).
• Monitor moisture content and adjust mix ratios when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of batches, raw material consumption, and daily production.
• Ensure calibration of weighing systems and report deviations.

Cutting Operations

• Ensure precise cutting of AAC cake into required block sizes.
• Monitor wire tension, blade alignment, and cutting sequence to minimize breakage.
• Ensure uniformity in block dimensions and maintain cutting quality standards.
• Perform regular cleaning of wires, grids, and machine parts.
• Report any equipment breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

Production & Quality

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for batching and cutting.
• Coordinate with the quality team for sampling and inspection.
• Maintain records of output, rejections, and wastage.
• Strive to achieve daily production targets with minimal downtime.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines and wear prescribed PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness around batching and cutting panels.
• Report unsafe practices, near misses, and incidents promptly.

Coordination & Reporting

• Communicate with production engineers, supervisors, and fellow operators.
• Maintain shift logbooks and handover details to the next shift.
• Support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives for process optimization.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of AAC block manufacturing process.
• Ability to operate automated batching and cutting control panels.
• Basic understanding of raw materials and mix designs.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude for handling machines.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AAC / Cement / Concrete / Block industry (preferred).
• Fresh candidates with relevant technical education may also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
