Description

We are looking for an experienced Painting Operator/Powder Coating Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in surface preparation and coating application, ensuring high-quality finishes on our products.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting and powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Operate painting and powder coating equipment following standard operating procedures.
Mix paints and powder coatings according to specifications and ensure proper application.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in painting or powder coating operations.
Proficient in operating painting and powder coating machinery.
Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and their applications.
Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing and coating processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
