We’re Hiring: Painting and Packing Coordinator – Industrial Valves

Do you have experience managing painting and packing processes in the valve or industrial components sector? We want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate industrial painting activities (liquid / powder coating) in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, and curing.
• Manage packaging and marking of valves for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial painting and packaging, preferably with metallic products or valves.
• Knowledge of coating standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC, ISO).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to technical standards.
• ERP knowledge and basic technical English are a plus.
