Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting various chemical analysis processes such as Concentration Testing, Density Testing, Hull Cell Testing, and DM Water Testing. Your role will involve proficiently documenting and troubleshooting Alkaline and Acid Zinc processes. Additionally, you will be expected to enhance production efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and implement cost-effective solutions. Your responsibilities will also include handling manpower, providing process training for skill development, and supervising Powder Coating, Zinc Plating, and Nickel Plating processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct various chemical analysis processes including Concentration Testing, Density Testing, Hull Cell Testing, and DM Water Testing. - Document and troubleshoot Alkaline and Acid Zinc processes. - Enhance production efficiency and ensure safety compliance. - Implement cost-effective solutions. - Handle manpower and provide process training for skill development. - Supervise Powder Coating, Zinc Plating, and Nickel Plating processes. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Chemical Engineering - B.Sc/B.Tech - Relevant experience in powder coating, Zinc Plating, Nickel Plating, etc.,
