Job Description Injection Moulding Supervisor / Engineer Location: Ambad MIDC, Nashik Reports to: Plant Head We are looking for an experienced professional in Injection Moulding operations who can independently manage machine setup, process control, quality assurance, and basic maintenance activities. The role is critical to support our growing injection moulding business and ensure smooth, defect-free, and cost-effective production. Key Responsibilities Handle machine setup, mould changeover, and parameter setting as per product requirements. Monitor cycle time, shot weight, temperature, pressure, and cooling for consistent output. Conduct first part approval and coordinate with Quality for defect prevention. Maintain discipline of operators on safety, PPE, 5S, and housekeeping . Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of injection moulding machines, auxiliaries (hopper dryer, chiller, mould temperature controller). Record daily production, rejection, downtime, and material consumption in ERP. Support new mould trials, validation, and process optimization . Ensure zero customer complaints by maintaining quality and process consistency. Drive initiatives for waste reduction, energy saving, and cost of poor quality (COPQ) reduction .
