Job Title:

Paintshop Maintenance Engineer (Electro-Mechanical)

Location:

AMBAD MIDC, NASHIK

Experience:

3 8 Years in Paintshop / Industrial Maintenance (Mechanical + Electrical)

Job Summary:

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of spray booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, and paint circulation systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain
electrical systems
including PLCs, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and wiring.
Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to
reduce downtime
.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain proper
maintenance records
and schedules using CMMS or SAP PM (if available).
Ensure adherence to
safety and HSE standards
.
Lead and supervise a small maintenance team.
Perform
root cause analysis (RCA)
for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills / Keywords:

Mechanical:

Conveyors, Gearboxes, Motors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
Spray booth & oven maintenance
Paint circulation system maintenance
Preventive & breakdown maintenance

Electrical:

PLC programming & troubleshooting
Electrical panels, Relays, AC/DC drives, Sensors
Wiring, Fuses, Circuit analysis

Soft / Combined Skills:

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Safety & HSE compliance
Team coordination & reporting
CMMS / SAP PM (optional)

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
Experience in automotive or industrial
paintshop maintenance
