Role Title: Engineer

JOB PURPOSE :(Role Summary) Planning & execution of daily paint shop & shot blasting activity. Resolves day-to-day issues related to it, Capacity planning & ensures proper utilization of resources.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for planning & execution of paint shop & shot blasting area to ensure timely delivery of shipment. Co-ordination with other functions for timely delivery of painting and ensuring completeness in all respect. Does supervision and resolves issues related to work and manpower. Responsible for planning & execution of daily, weekly, monthly plans. Ensures proper utilization of resources (material/ work center, manpower, etc.) as per schedule. Follow safety norms in paint shop, knowledge of MSDS & TDS of paint, oven cycle.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Proper utilization of available resources. Follow Safety norms.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of paints (Epoxy, Synthetic, PU) Technical knowledge of Paint & shot blasting Knowledge of surface preparation, paint specification used in painting Communication skills Supervisory Skills Planning & Execution of work
