Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Shop Engineer located in Pune. The Paint Shop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the paint shop operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the painting process, and maintaining the equipment. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the painting process, conducting quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards, and managing the workflow in the paint shop. Qualifications Proficiency in managing paint shop operations and equipment maintenance Experience in conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards Skills in workflow management and supervision Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the paint shop Excellent communication and organizational skills Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in a manufacturing environment.
