We are looking for a motivated and experienced Press Shop / Assembly Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for : Daily work and material allocation on the shop floor. Executing production plans for chain assembly line. Supervising operations related to presses, jigs, dies and fixtures. Handling manpower costs, consumables, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Implementing Kaizen, Poka Yoke, 5S and ensuring shop floor safety. Training workmen for process and quality improvement. Ensuring ISO & OHSAS compliance and maintaining production records. Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure machine uptime. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong experience in press operations or material handling equipment manufacturing . Sound knowledge of TPM, jigs and fixtures, and drawing reading. Good communication, problem-solving and team supervision skills. This role requires hands-on shop floor experience and the ability to coordinate across functions and meet production targets under safety and quality standards.
Role Title: Engineer Department: Paint Shop JOB PURPOSE :(Role Summary) Planning & execution of daily paint shop & shot blasting activity. Resolves day-to-day issues related to it, Capacity planning & ensures proper utilization of resources. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for planning & execution of paint shop & shot blasting area to ensure timely delivery of shipment. Co-ordination with other functions for timely delivery of painting and ensuring completeness in all respect. Does supervision and resolves issues related to work and manpower. Responsible for planning & execution of daily, weekly, monthly plans. Ensures proper utilization of resources (material/ work center, manpower, etc.) as per schedule. Follow safety norms in paint shop, knowledge of MSDS & TDS of paint, oven cycle. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Proper utilization of available resources. Follow Safety norms. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of paints (Epoxy, Synthetic, PU) Technical knowledge of Paint & shot blasting Knowledge of surface preparation, paint specification used in painting Communication skills Supervisory Skills Planning & Execution of work
