As an experienced Operations Head in Electroplating and Integrated Manufacturing Plant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production plant operations of a leading manufacturer with a focus on electroplating, machining, and high-quality component manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end plant operations such as production, planning, quality control, materials management, maintenance, HR, and industrial relations. You will be required to drive daily shop floor activities specifically related to electroplating and component production. Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Engineer - Production Job Description: We are looking for a competent and experienced Surface Treatment Executive / Shift In-Charge to manage operations related to zinc plating and coating processes. The candidate should be capable of handling production lines and managing manpower effectively. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage automatic zinc plating lines efficiently Troubleshoot technical issues related to plating processes Handle Zinc-Aluminum flake coating processes Ensure production compliance by coordinating with cross-functional teams Supervise and manage manpower during the shift Take full ownership and responsibility for plant operations during the assigned shift. Must to have experience in Zinc Plating ,Chrome Plating and having knowledge of Plating bath chemistry monitoring , Corrections and Process knowledge, Quality issues solving etc.

Strong understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of inspection records and quality reports.
