Tracking and resolving production non-conformances and addressing customer complaints will be part of your duties. It is vital to ensure compliance with all statutory and industry standards, and establish quality systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of experience in plant/factory management, preferably in electroplating and precision manufacturing. Strong techno-commercial acumen and leadership capabilities are crucial. Mandatory expertise in electroplating processes, hands-on experience in managing HR, Admin, IR, and cross-functional teams, as well as proficiency in Quality Management Systems and problem-solving through a systems-driven approach are required.
