Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Paid Media Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and data-driven, with a good understanding of campaign performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create effective ad creatives and copies.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
• Track and report KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Google Ads or Meta certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
