Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Analyst / Optimisation Specialist to support analytics, reporting, and optimisation across all paid channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience analysing performance for high-budget e-commerce campaigns targeting international markets.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Performance Analytics

Analyse paid media performance across PPC, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates.
Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets.
Provide insights to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV across channels.

2. Forecasting & Budget Management

Support budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation planning.
Work on attribution analysis and incrementality testing.

3. Experimentation & Insights

Partner with marketing teams to design and interpret A/B tests.
Recommend data-led optimisations to improve channel performance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with UK-based marketing, product, CRM, and CRO teams.
Prepare performance summaries for senior leadership teams across India & UK.

Preferred Skills:

Mandatory: Experience analysing large paid media budgets and high-volume campaigns.
Preferred: Experience supporting global teams working across UK, US, or Europe.
Advanced skills in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital attribution, funnels, and paid media metrics.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-border teams.
