Job Title: Junior Ads Manager

Location:

About the Role

hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns on
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimisation decisions.
Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Assist in building media plans and budget allocations.
Coordinate with creatives and content teams for ad copies and visual assets.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and KPIs.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features.
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving ROI.

Key Skills & Requirements

12 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads + Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics, Pixel setup, and UTM tracking (preferred).
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Basic understanding of funnels, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good to Have

Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Certifications (Google / Meta Blueprint).
