Paid Advertising Specialist

You will be responsible for leading and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI for retail showrooms and digital initiatives. - Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns. - Collaborate closely with the campaign team to align strategy, creatives, and targeting. - Optimize campaigns for conversions, reach, and cost efficiency. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools, and provide actionable insights. To be considered for this role, you should have: - 2-3 years of proven experience in paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads). - Strong knowledge of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and reporting. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting/insight tools. - Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, retail, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
