Paid Advertising Specialist

Role Overview: As a Paid Media Specialist, your role will involve media planning, execution, optimization, and management of campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other ad-buying platforms. Your primary focus will be on delivering impactful results for the campaigns you manage. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis for client campaigns - Perform Competition and Competitors Analysis - Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns - Manage day-to-day activities for enterprise-level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc. - Conduct in-depth keyword research and planning - Track KPIs, assess performance, pinpoint issues, and produce reports for management - Monitor industry trends and customer behaviors to adjust campaign strategy accordingly - Collaborate with other markets & teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met - Meet campaign goals and client targets Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of Paid Media Marketing experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other biddable platforms - Experience managing large budgets - General knowledge of Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, etc. - Self-driven and reliable problem solver who can work efficiently with little to no supervision - Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines - Google Analytics and Google Ads Certified is a plus - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Additional Details: The company offers health insurance and work-from-home benefits.
