Job Description

Role Overview: As a Paid Advertising Specialist at Digital Quester, Bhopal, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Your key tasks will include campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and daily budget management to drive quality traffic, leads, and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms - Set up campaigns, target specific audiences, and create engaging ads - Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance - Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for conversion optimization - Manage daily budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals Qualification Required: - Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Strong analytical skills for campaign tracking and conversion optimization - Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setups - Ability to write clear ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-performing creatives - Familiarity with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead generation funnels - Excellent communication and reporting skills - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field - Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and social media is a plus Role Overview: As a Paid Advertising Specialist at Digital Quester, Bhopal, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
