We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, improving ROI, and scaling performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
• Manage campaigns for both service-based industries and eCommerce businesses, ensuring strategies align with business goals.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficient ad spend.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads are a must).
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Hands-on experience handling international projects, service-based businesses, and eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
