Bansal, the company aims to make medicine and healthcare facilities accessible worldwide. YACCA is renowned for its quality products, on-time delivery, and competitive rates. The company operates an ultra-modern facility as per cGMP standards, spanning over 1 lakh sq. ft., equipped with state-of-the-art machines and infrastructure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Packing Supervisor, located in Roorkee. The Packing Supervisor will oversee daily packing operations, ensure quality control in the packing process, and manage the packing team to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery and maintaining inventory of packing materials.

Qualifications

Experience in packing operations, quality control, and team management
Knowledge of cGMP (Schedule M) standards, PIC/S and WHO guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
