Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Business Development professional located in Roorkee. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and developing customer relationships to secure tenders. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Experience in Lead Generation and developing customer relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
• Proficiency in using business development and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
