Job Description

Job Title: Packing Supervisor

Location: Halwa Bazar road, Kuttichira

Male candidate

Working Time: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise packing team: Lead, train, and monitor a team of packers to ensure efficiency and quality.
Quality control: Ensure all products are packed properly and meet quality standards before shipment.
Manage packing materials: Keep track of inventory for packing supplies (e.g., boxes, tape, labels) and order new materials when needed.
Coordinate with other departments: Communicate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely packing and delivery of products.
Ensure safety: Follow safety procedures and ensure that the packing area is clean and organized.
Monitor packing speed and accuracy: Track and report on packing performance, ensuring the team meets targets for productivity and accuracy.
Resolve issues: Address any issues or problems that arise during the packing process, including damaged goods or incorrect packing methods.
