Packing Supervisor

As a Packing Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the packing and shipping of sanitary napkin products at our location in Thane. Your role will involve ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, as well as managing a team of packers to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising the packing and shipping processes - Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders - Managing a team of packers to maintain efficiency and quality standards - Implementing inventory management procedures - Overseeing shipping procedures - Leading and motivating the team - Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy - Utilizing strong organizational and time management skills - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Possessing the physical ability to lift and move packages as needed Qualifications: - Previous supervisory experience in a packing or warehouse environment - Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus,
