Job Title: Machine Operator / Technician / Sr. Technician

- Department: Production

- Reports to: Production Supervisor/Executive

Responsibilities:

Operate Machinery: Operate and monitor food processing machinery, including packaging equipment, mixers, and other production equipment

Packing Quality Check: Ensure packing quality is good

Production Targets: Meet daily production targets and maintain production schedules

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery

Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents

Report Issues: Report any machinery issues or production problems to supervisor

Requirements:

1. Education: SSLC/12th pass, ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry

3. Skills:

- Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge

- Ability to operate food processing machinery

- Attention to detail and quality

- Basic math skills and ability to read production reports

Desired Skills:

1. Experience with specific food processing machinery (e.g., packaging machine of VFFS & HFFS)

2. Knowledge of safety protocols and GMP

3. Good communication skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
