Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Packing Incharge. The Packing Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the packing department, ensuring efficient and accurate packing of products. This role involves supervising the packing staff, maintaining packing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets. The Packing Incharge will also be responsible for inventory management and ensuring timely dispatch of finished products.

Knowledge

• Experience in horizontal packing.
• Experience in Packing operations, inventory management, and supervising staff
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills
