Packaging Supervisor

Job Description:
We are hiring a Packaging Department Supervisor to manage and oversee all packaging operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising packaging staff, ensuring quality standards, maintaining material stock, and meeting daily targets. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharma packaging guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day activities of the packaging team

· Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

· Manage packaging material inventory and coordinate with stores

· Monitor machine operations and coordinate maintenance

· Maintain documentation and prepare daily production reports

Qualifications:

· B.Pharm or M.Pharm is mandatory

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical packaging setup

· Good communication and leadership skills

· Knowledge of GMP and packaging compliance norms
