About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Executive to join our e-commerce operations team in Tilak Road, Pune. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in packaging, logistics, or operations, preferably within an e-commerce setup. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure timely and safe delivery of our products. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including: Order processing and fulfillment Inventory tracking and updates Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination Ensure products are packed securely and meet packaging quality standards. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all packaging and labeling. Operate basic packaging tools and machines (if required). Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards in the packaging process. Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order execution. Identify and resolve operational or packaging-related issues proactively. Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or back-office coordination, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent communication in Hindi and English (Marathi knowledge is a plus). Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Proactive problem-solving attitude. Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with jewelry products in an e-commerce setting. Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, eShipz, Gokwik Dashboard, or similar. Basic knowledge of packaging standards and materials (cardboard, shrink wrap, vacuum seal, etc.).
