Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with system performance monitoring and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
