Role Overview

Core HR (Employee Central), Payroll, and Expenses (Employee Central Payroll / Concur)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors solutions in Core HR, Payroll, and Expenses modules.
• Implement minor enhancements and changes as requested by the HR team.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, time management, and expense reimbursements.
• Support SuccessFactors integrations, including SAP Concur if applicable.
• Configure and maintain data models, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and permissions.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard best practices.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding support issues and enhancements.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Core HR (Employee Central).
• Strong expertise in Payroll (Employee Central Payroll).
• Strong expertise in Expenses / Concur module.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, time management, payroll operations, and expense reimbursement.
• Experience in SuccessFactors integrations (SAP Concur integration preferred).
  

Good To Have / Additional Skills

• Knowledge of MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and permissions in SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle day-to-day support issues efficiently and accurately.
• Flexible and willing to attend F2F interviews and report to client locations from Day 1.
