PA to Managing Director

• Schedule Management: Arranging appointments, meetings, and travel for the MD.
• Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
• Report Preparation: Compiling information and preparing reports and presentations.
• Office Management: Ensuring the MD's office is organized and well-maintained.
• Personal Assistance: May include running errands, handling personal appointments, and managing personal finances (with discretion).
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized workspace.
• Time Management: Ability to manage the MD's time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Computer Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
