Executive Assistant to Director ( Male Candidate) required

Any Graduate with 5 yrs experience in EA Position in Constructions & Real Estate / Architectural Company Good English Communication skill required

Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure the executives are well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents, reports, and background information. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for executive trips.Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, and business events, including registration, accommodations, and transportation.Draft and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Handle inquiries and requests, and provide timely and accurate responses on behalf of the executives.Prepare and maintain expense reports, reimbursement requests, and financial records.Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, information, and requests on behalf of the executives.Liaise and collaborate with other departments and teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
