Overseas Education Counsellor

As a Student Counsellor at the company, your main role will involve conducting Face to Face & Telephonic counselling for students aspiring to seek admission in various Universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand & Canada. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a student database on the CRM system, ensuring regular follow-ups on potential leads interested in enrolling for Test Preparation courses like IELTS & PTE training. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Face to Face & Telephonic counselling for students seeking admission in universities across multiple countries - Maintain student database on CRM system - Follow up on potential leads for Test Preparation courses - Make calls to fresh leads and follow up to ensure walk-ins, conversions, and admissions - Engage in significant reading, self-studies, and online research to provide accurate and updated information to students Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in student counselling or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Please note that the job offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
