Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kerala, India, for an Overseas Education Counsellor. The role involves guiding prospective students in selecting suitable education and career pathways, providing information about available courses and institutions, and addressing inquiries effectively. The counsellor will also assist students in the application and admission process, staying up-to-date with international education systems and requirements. Building strong relationships with students and stakeholders, while maintaining accurate records and delivering personalized counsel, will be key areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong expertise in Career Counseling and understanding of Education pathways
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relate effectively with diverse individuals
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
