• Manage the complete application cycle—from documentation to offer letters
• Coordinate with universities and internal operations for smooth processing
• Advise students on visa requirements, accommodation & education loans
• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
• Conduct seminars/webinars and support marketing initiatives
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling (experience in UK/Germany required)
• Excellent communication, presentation & convincing skills
• Ability to handle student queries with patience and clarity
• Target-driven attitude and strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• Experience in education sector preferred
