A Student Recruitment Officer's primary responsibility is to attract and enrol new students into IHM's courses. Key Responsibilities: Promoting Programs: Student Recruitment Officers are required to actively promote the institution's programs to prospective students through various channels, including school visits, career fairs, information sessions, and online platforms. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi. As a Student Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for meeting and enrolling a diverse range of students into the IHM postgraduate programs. Your role will require you to liaise with prospective students, providing them with the necessary information and support to make an informed decision about their study options. Additionally, you will support the admissions process by assessing applications and providing analysis to the Academic Program Managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with relevant work experience Proven experience in student recruitment and admissions, preferably in a higher education setting Experience in customer service or sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage data and report findings Experience with student management systems and CRMs preferred Demonstrated success in achieving enrolment targets and KPIs Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload Flexibility in working hours and ability to work occasional weekends Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment.
