Overseas Education Counsellor

As an Academic Counsellor - Business Development Executive (B2C) at Edufynd, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with their international study aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Edufynd's services, generate leads, and foster engagement. You will need to respond promptly to any issues affecting sales and maintain accurate records of lead interactions using CRM software. In this role, you will be expected to hire, onboard, and train new team members in the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote Edufynd's services. Your ability to nurture leads through timely follow-up, provide relevant information, and address inquiries will be essential in moving potential clients through the sales funnel. Moreover, you will need to understand student requirements, suggest suitable courses and universities, and build long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent support and communication. To excel in this position, you should possess at least one year of experience as a business development executive, along with strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are crucial, and being multilingual would be advantageous. A confident and pleasant personality, coupled with organizational skills, the ability to work towards targets, sound judgement, and a bachelor's degree are also essential requirements for this role.
