Dishari Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading training consultant in Kerala invites application for eligible and talented candidates as Overseas Education Counsellor for immediate joining.

The Overseas Education Consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to students aspiring to pursue their higher education abroad. This role involves assisting students with every step of the journey, from course and university selection to the application process, visa preparation, and pre-departure formalities.

Skills and Essential Job responsibilities

1. Student Counselling and Assessment

• Conduct detailed counselling sessions to assess a student's academic background, career aspirations, and financial capabilities.
• Recommend the most suitable courses, institutions, and countries that align with the student's profile and goals (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe).
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on tuition fees, living costs, cultural nuances, and post-study work opportunities.

2. Application and Admission Management

• Assist students in preparing and submitting complete applications to international universities and colleges.
• Offer support and resources for standardized tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and SAT.

3. Lead Management and Reporting

• Lead Qualification: Evaluate the student's profile against general entry requirements to determine their suitability for overseas study programs.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed and timely records of all student communications, profile notes, and follow-up activities within the company's CRM system.
• Team Handoff: Effectively qualify and transition ready-to-apply students to the senior Application or Processing team for formal university applications.
• Goal Achievement: Work consistently to achieve monthly targets for contact rates, lead conversions, and successful handovers.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling or international recruitment.

Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any field
