Role Overview

As an Associate – Counselling, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students seeking guidance for studying in the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping them navigate course selection, application procedures, and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end counselling for UK study abroad programs, including visa guidance
• Engage with students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations
• Recommend suitable courses and institutions aligned with student profiles
• Assess student strengths, preferences, and eligibility
• Advise on institutional policies, admission criteria, and timelines
• Manage student leads using CRM and lead management tools
• Maintain and update application pipelines for optimal conversion
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support
• Collaborate with internal teams and complete tasks assigned by the Manager

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in the study abroad counselling domain
• Graduate in any discipline
