Job Description

Counsel students on study abroad options (countries, universities, courses, fee structures, scholarships, etc.).
Handle end-to-end process: shortlisting universities, application support, SOP guidance, visa documentation, and follow-ups.
Assist students and parents with admission procedures and provide accurate and updated information.
Maintain student records, inquiries, and follow-up regularly to ensure conversions.
Support in organizing webinars, seminars, and overseas education fairs.
Coordinate with universities and partners for timely updates and processing.
Manage basic office administration when required.
Contribute to digital marketing activitiescontent posting, social media promotions, email campaigns, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
Overseas Education Process
(applications, admissions, visas).
Excellent
communication skills
(English proficiencywritten & verbal).
Good command over
MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
and
Canva
for presentations and reports.
Familiarity with
social media marketing & digital platforms
.
Good interpersonal skills, convincing ability, and student handling skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets.
