Overseas Education Counselor

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students on overseas education options (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
2. Guide students on course selection, universities, eligibility, and intake timelines
3. Assist students with admissions, applications, SOPs, LORs, and documentation
4. Explain visa process, requirements, timelines, and interview preparation
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents until visa outcome
6. Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities
7. Achieve counseling and enrollment targets

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers or Experienced)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for student counseling and overseas education
• Ability to handle multiple student cases

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of study abroad processes and documentation
• Country-specific expertise (USA/UK/Canada/Germany/etc.) is an advantage
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
