About the Role:

Overseas Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities across countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
• Guide students in choosing the right course, university, and country based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
• Assist students in preparing applications, SOPs, LORs, and other admission documents.
• Provide guidance and support in visa application and documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with international education trends, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and workshops for students and parents.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and partners abroad.
• Track students’ progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of applications and admissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as an overseas education counselor/advisor (preferred 1–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and counseling tools.
