Overseas Counselor

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Overseas Education Counselor to guide students in achieving their higher education dreams abroad. The role involves counseling students about overseas study opportunities, assisting them with applications, documentation, visa processes, and providing end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on career choices, suitable courses, universities, and countries for overseas education.
• Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries, converting them into admissions.
• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, eligibility, fees, and visa requirements.
• Guide students through the admission and application process, including documentation.
• Assist with visa applications, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and universities.
• Meet monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in overseas education, scholarships, and immigration policies.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and information sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in overseas education counseling or student advisory services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of admission processes for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines/targets.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in handling admissions for multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of scholarship programs and visa regulations.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
