You will be responsible for end-to-end processes related to student counseling, shortlisting, admissions, and visa applications for international programs. You will play a crucial role in converting students for admission, assisting in scholarship applications, and managing the entire sales process for student enrollment. This includes contacting leads, sending emails, and following up to ensure achievement of allocated targets within specified time frames. Your primary focus will be on achieving goals specific to student placement in assigned countries, while providing counseling to both students and parents regarding studying abroad. Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, and you will be expected to be a productive, proactive team member with effective leadership qualities. You will contribute to achieving measurable outcomes for each cohort by attending training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in student conversion. Conducting online or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad, guiding them on suitable courses based on their profiles and interests, and generating leads through references and word of mouth will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will advise potential students on educational opportunities in various countries like UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Ireland, Europe, and others, for Diploma, Bachelor's, Post-Graduation Diploma, and Master's Degrees. Handling visa documentation, counseling walk-ins, effective follow-ups with prospects, providing information on universities, and being sales-oriented with a strong customer service orientation are critical aspects of this role.
