**Job Description** As a Senior Executive - Project Outward, your main responsibility is to ensure the quality check before dispatch, proper packaging, dispatch coordination, documentation & compliance, and problem resolution & escalations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Quality Check Before Dispatch: - Verify that each product matches required specifications and meets quality standards - Collaborate with Stock team to address any discrepancies - Prevent customer complaints, returns, and order rejections due to quality concerns - Packaging & Lot Preparation: - Pack goods securely using appropriate materials - Follow standardized packaging guidelines - Organize dispatch lots systematically for easy loading and transport - Dispatch Coordination: - Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage dispatch scheduling - Prioritize urgent shipments and ensure on-time dispatch - Coordinate with internal teams for last-minute changes - Documentation & Compliance: - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all necessary documents before shipment - Follow compliance requirements for legal, safety, and company policies - Maintain detailed records for audits and traceability of dispatched goods - Problem Resolution & Escalations: - Identify and resolve issues related to dispatch, packaging errors, missing items, or quality defects - Escalate unresolved issues to Warehouse Manager - Suggest process improvements to optimize dispatch operations Your proactive approach in managing dispatch readiness will minimize delays, optimize supply chain efficiency, and contribute to higher accuracy, faster deliveries, and lower rejection rates.,
