Outward Officer

As a Sr. Executive - Project Outward, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality check before dispatch of all products. You will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that each item meets the required specifications, is defect-free, and aligns with the company's quality standards. Collaborating with the Stock team, you will address any discrepancies to prevent customer complaints, returns, and order rejections stemming from quality concerns. Proper packaging plays a crucial role in preventing product damage during transportation. You will be in charge of securely packing all goods using appropriate materials and following standardized packaging guidelines. Special attention will be given to fragile items, bulk orders, and special shipments to ensure they receive necessary protective measures. Additionally, you will organize dispatch lots systematically for easy accessibility, reducing delays and confusion in the dispatch process. Your role also involves close coordination with logistics and warehouse teams to manage dispatch scheduling and prioritize urgent shipments. Ensuring orders are dispatched on time as per the daily plan is essential, without any missing or incorrect shipments. You will proactively manage dispatch readiness to minimize unnecessary delays and optimize overall supply chain efficiency, handling last-minute changes efficiently. Every dispatch requires accurate and complete documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and E-way bills, are in order before shipment. Compliance with legal, safety, and company policies is crucial, and you will maintain detailed records of all shipments for smooth audits and traceability of dispatched goods, preventing compliance issues that could lead to penalties or shipment delays. Identifying and resolving any issues related to dispatch, packaging errors, missing items, or quality defects is part of your job scope. In cases where issues cannot be resolved at your level, you will escalate them promptly to the Warehouse Manager to avoid major disruptions. Your continuous suggestions for process improvements will optimize dispatch operations, leading to higher accuracy, faster deliveries, and lower rejection rates.,
