BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Outsystems Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative applications using the Outsystems platform. Your expertise will guide the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives while adhering to best practices. As an Outsystems Lead, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the success of projects from conception to delivery. Responsibilities Design and architect scalable Outsystems applications that align with business needs. Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to gather and refine requirements. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the Outsystems environment. Stay updated on Outsystems developments and industry trends to enhance team capabilities. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
