Key Responsibilities

• Calling IT job seekers and sharing relevant opportunities.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Update candidate details accurately in the system.
• Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion.
• Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.
  

Requirements

• 0– 2years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or recruitment support.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• High energy, confidence, and goal orientation.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Comfortable handling 100–120 calls per day
