Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Officer to strengthen our community relationships and expand our network. As an Outreach Officer, you will engage with communities, organize and manage events, and conduct research to identify collaboration opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. You will play a vital part in raising awareness of our brand and building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to build relationships effectively
• Expertise in Event Management, with the ability to plan and handle events of varying scales
• Research skills to identify opportunities and develop strategic outreach initiatives
• Proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field is preferred
