Outreach Expert

We are seeking a proactive and creative Outreach Expert

You will play a key role in growing our brand’s online visibility, SEO authority, and traffic through strategic outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective outreach strategies for guest posting, backlinks, PR campaigns, and partnerships.
• Identify relevant websites, blogs, influencers, and media contacts aligned with our niche/industry.
• Craft personalized outreach emails and maintain follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, and partners.
• Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to align outreach goals with content marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze outreach campaign performance using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or SEO analytics platforms.
• Negotiate content placements, sponsored posts, or collaborations with external publishers.
• Ensure all outreach follows ethical, white-hat practices and contributes to long-term SEO success.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in outreach, link-building, influencer marketing, or digital PR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email etiquette and persuasive writing.
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO concepts, especially off-page SEO and domain authority metrics.
• Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello to manage campaigns and outreach pipelines.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with HARO or digital PR outreach.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms.
• Background in content marketing or journalism is a plus.
• Previous experience working with tech-based companies.
