Outlet Manager

As an Outlet Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. Your role will involve managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, thereby contributing to the financial success of the outlet. **Key Responsibilities:** - Efficiently run the department in accordance with Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Manage the assigned outlet as an independent profit center - Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget - Contribute to the financial success of the outlet **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards - Experience working in both outlet and banquets will be an added advantage This job requires someone with a strong background in hospitality or restaurant management, along with proven experience in managing outlets successfully.
